Investment Discipline

Our Fiduciary Pledge

With decades of high level investment industry experience, valuation analysis is embedded in our DNA.  Buying or selling a home is often highly emotional, which is why it's critical that our clients are well grounded in current market pricing and trends.

Having regularly negotiated complex securities transactions on behalf of some of the country's most sophisticated investors, we offer a level of representation that can't be matched in the real estate market.

We believe that real estate professionals should adhere to the same core fiduciary principles as their wealth management counterparts:

• Put the client’s interests first

• Act with prudence, that is, with the skill, care, diligence and good judgment of a professional

• Do not mislead clients – provide clear, full and fair disclosure of all important facts

• Avoid conflicts of interest

• Disclose and fairly manage, in the client’s favor, unavoidable conflicts
